Works Undertaken:

Stuart Grove Estate Stage 1 involves the construction of kerb, stormwater infrastructure, basin, electrical and public lighting, common service trenching, water mains, and NBN, road reinstatement, includes:

• Liaison with council
• Preparation of management plans and QA
• Setting out the works from established benchmarks and boundaries
• Locating and depthing of the existing site services prior to construction
• Site clearing
• Stockpiling of topsoil
• Primary earthworks, basin excavation and boxing out of roadway for kerb
• Stormwater construction
• Concrete works including
• Construction of water mains (potable) and associated works, including:
  • Excavation, supply, laying, testing and backfill of water mains and connections
  • Installation of fireplugs, stop valves, and other appurtenances including all covers required in accordance with SA Water standard details
• Common service trenching
• Electrical and street-lighting installation
• NBN pit and conduit installation
• Reinstatement of existing roads affected by the new service installation works
• Traffic management within the site
• Provision of ‘As Constructed’ survey
