experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role
As our Construction Surveyor, you’ll work alongside our Project Manager, Supervisors and site crews to ensure our projects are set out
accurately and built to plan. You’ll be responsible for carrying out site surveys, providing reliable survey data and supporting the team
throughout all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities:

Undertake site set-out for civil construction projects, including roads, stormwater,
watermain, sewer, retaining walls, bulk earthworks, kerb & footpath.

Perform feature, control, detail, topographical, as-built and post-pour surveys as
required.
- Prepare and manage survey data using industry-standard software.
- Prepare, manage and process survey data using industry-standard software.
- Liaise with Project Managers, and Engineers regarding survey requirements.
- Operate and maintain GPS, robotic total stations, surveying software

Undertake as-built surveys, monitor construction tolerances and carry out quality assurance
checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and documentation
- Create machine files (.cal, .svd, .svl, and others)
- Create UTS files (.ttm, dxf, .csv, and other) including TBM placement
- Verify design information and identify discrepancies before construction.
- Assist with machine control models and digital terrain modelling.
- Managing your workload effectively to ensure the timely delivery of results.

Promote and maintain safe work practices in accordance with company and legislative
requirements.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Construction Surveyor within the civil construction industry.

Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Surveying and Spatial Information Services or equivalent
qualifications recognised in Australia.
- Experience with Trimble TSC7 controller and SPS930
- AutoCAD skills.
- A strong understanding of civil construction and engineering surveying.
- Experience in using Total Station, GPS and surveying software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.

Excellent communications and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
with project teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- A current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
