HC Truck Driver

We are currently looking for a versatile and skilled HC DRIVER to join our team.

This is a Full-Time position, responsible for working across Spry Civil Construction sites operating truck and dog, semi-tipper and undertaking float work. 

The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a range of tasks, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service

Skills & Experience:

• HC License (minimum or above) with no restrictions or pending infractions
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience safely loading and unloading earthmoving plant and equipment
  
• Heavy Haulage Float experience an advantage.
  
• Good knowledge of transport industry regulation permits and gazette notices.
  
• Good understanding of restraining loads.
  
• Accident free professional driving history
  
• White Card (classroom, not online)
  
• Candidates must reside within the Murraylands region OR be able to commute to the main depot at Murray Bridge
  
• Must have Full Australian working rights

• High regard for and sound knowledge of safety procedures
  
• Experience operating float and transporting oversize loads eg. Excavators
  
• Experience working in the Civil Construction Industry preferred but not essential
  
• Experience operating Truck and Dog
  
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
  
• Positive attitude, customer focus, strong team player
  
• Effective time management skills
  
• Physically fit and have a proven track record of safe work practices
  
• Ability to work unsupervised
  
• Ability to work well under pressure
  
• Good oral and written communication skills
